| Each doctor and every team member in
our practice is dedicated to making your comfort their priority. We'll
address any apprehension you may be experiencing concerning your dental
treatment, as well as take every measure possible to ensure a comfortable

You are in Control:
We want you to let us know how you are feeling. If you want to stop
treatment at any time, simply raise your hand. If you need to take
a short break, we will even leave the room if you prefer. |

Comfortable Injections:
Prior to numbing, a gel anesthetic is gently swabbed on with a Q-tip.
For those seeking absolute assurance of 100% comfortable injection,
the Silvermans will inject the anesthetic at a slow controlled pace.
The result is truly comfortable. |

Nitrous Oxide and Pre-medication:
For those who need a little extra help relaxing. Nitrous Oxide(laughing
gas) is available, as well as sedatives with anti-anxiety medications.

Infection Control:
The Silverman Dental Office, will not take risks with your health.
In addition to cleaning and sterilizing all instruments routinely
as recommended by the American Dental Association and the Centers
for Disease Control, we sterilize all handpieces (drills) with a state
of the art sterilization unit specifically designed for this purpose.
In addition, we are linked to an outside service that monitors the
effectiveness of our dental sterilizers. Finally, all clinical staff
members wear masks, gloves, and glasses. We strictly observe all Occupational
Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines. |

Computerized Digital Radiography:
We have reduced by 80% the amount of radiation received by patients
undergoing routine x-rays. Computerized Digital Radiography is virtually
instant -no developing, rather, the image appears on the monitor within
5 to 10 second! X-ray images are stored on the file server, and are
retrievable at any time in the future. |
